I hear there is a gun show in Salem this weekend. Have you been to any of them lately? Last time I went there was more stuff than gun stuff.

The only gun shows I've been to were Knob Creek (many times) and the Fairgrounds in Louisville (once). The one at the Fairgrounds was 90% non-gun-related stuff like camping gear and even shingles and gutters. KC declined in quality and quantity over the years. Last I went to KC was 2014 or 2015. So, I don't really know.

Social distancing was at least a time where I didn't get my ankles hit by a cart.

Up from my nap, and I'll be darned if there aren't 2 new mailboxes out there! I had my doubts, but it would appear that the guy made good on his promise! Now I need to go to the hardware store and get numbers to put on the side. I do want to see how he mounted the mail box too in case I need to shore it up.

Went and checked the mail box and he did a great job. Sunk the post in the ground and bolted the mailbox to the post (it's one of the plastic ones that slip over the post all the way to the ground). Kind of restores my faith in humanity a little bit.
