a couple of online teams meetings coming up with employees to go over evals.

we're doing self evals, and then we'll do year end evals first of the year

HR says ours have to be done by mid January but my department says by the end of December. It seems to be the one thing that they can vary from the official company line is giving us less time...

They tried self evals a few times. I always admitted to being too conscientious in my work.

Departments always want to look good by saying "Look, we finished early" but nobody cares. Why short change your own staff for no reason?

Mine does the same thing.
