Wow, sorry to hear that Haven. That would be tough. Can the kid get some professional help?

Yes, the kid is already in therapy. The call helped, and will tide the kid over till the next session, in a week. The kid wasn't suicidal, but instead was just stressed out about things friends are going through. With the kid's issues they have been in therapy for a while. In fact Saturday was one of the sessions. So my wife called her yesterday.

The Kid and I will be at a gaming convention, and a few of their friends will be there as well. So the kid is really looking forward to that.

We do take it seriously, as prior to getting into therapy the kid did try, at least once that I remember (maybe twice).

We do what we have to.
