Slept in...laundry going...need to clean....that sums up my day so far. I planned to do indoor stuff today since they were predicting bad weather, but so far, it isn't bad here. A bit windy maybe.

I'll check in later but need to get some things done. Hubby says it is pizza night so I don't need to cook until tomorrow. I plan to make food to take when I go to my parents' on Saturday to clean plus a pie since yesterday was dad's 84th birthday.

Almost hit a deer this morning on one of the hilly, twisty back roads I travel on my way to work down in here in Missouri. One of those heart skipped a beat moments. Holy cow that was a big critter, I came within 6 or 8 feet of that big boy. How come I never see biguns' like that when I'm in my deer stand???

That's not the way I want to get him! But holy cow that was a nice deer. No antlers, already shed, but the pedicles were very noticeable, quite pronounced.
