Yeah, that sun is warm. I was just watering my maters and if your in the sun and out of the breeze, it's toasty.

But I am not complaining, I will take this over cold any day.

With that said, Happy Father's Day to all of the dad's on here. Stepdads deserve a ton of credit as well as it is much harder to accept someone else's child when they are being brats than it is your own flesh and blood.

Lots of truth in your words. I was raised by my stepdad. I only call him that to make a point because he WAS my Dad. He married my Mom when I was very young and never treated me any differently than his own son. Any physically functional man can help make a baby, but it takes a real Dad to raise a son and build a man. That's what my Dad did for me.

I haven't been outside but my AC is off and my house is still open. The occasional breeze feels great and its still very comfy in here. Might have to close up and use the AC in a few hours though to keep it that way.

I trust you made some good memories. They will help with the trauma. I have a hard time with Sunday evening just because of the start of the workweek and the end of the weekend. The end of a vacation is many times worse. Somehow we always manage to get through it and keep going though. Its what we do.

They said 85 for us today. 90 by Tuesday and humid. Getting ready to hop on the bike and head to my dad's now. Bread is out of the oven. Got some weeds pulled while it was baking. My daughter is coming for dinner. My son is still in the middle of moving to his new apartment and working today.
