Did you know that baked potatoes are the leading source of restaurant based food poisoning??

I guess it's because they can be made well in advance and warmed up several times before they have to be thrown out. If left at room temp for more than two hours at any given time they can pick up too much bacteria. Keep that in mind if you ever get a baked potatoe and it's not very hot.
