We had some woman that used to come by every week or two for a year or two. I guess she gave up. The wife enjoyed visiting with her.

yeah it is different sleeping alone after so long

with hubby going to 2nd shift I now get to go bed alone and wake up with him there... I wish they could put him somewhere and leave him there

12 hours of him and i time.. on the water. im even supplying the beer this time around. he and i both know that we cant put a price on seeing each other as often as we like. it is nice seeing him the once a month i do get.

Depends on what that something is...a day spent with ya doing something you both enjoy, is a good gift. Gifts don't have to be monetary. Might remind them of that. Unless you have a daughter who is a great baker and she makes you something that is ooey gooey good.
