I think you can get a stripped lower. And then build it with a lower parts kit. Let me look around quick at a few source that carry the Snob brands

Its looking like just stripped lowers. You can get an LMT complete lower, but for a Noveske it looks like a stripped lower or complete gun.
Here is the latest one I bought but haven't built yet.
