he told them we've sent this back once and it still isn't fixed, I don't care if God or Mother Teresa fixes it, I don't want it back until it is. If you'd spend half as much time on quality control that you do on zombie slaying bull**** we wouldn't be having this problem.

I could see him doing that, hopefully they get it fixed this time though. It is annoying having to send the same thing back in to get fixed when you did it once.
