I had to put the King in the garage. When he smelled the turkey going into the roaster he got way too excited... meow, meow, meow.....

Our cat has never really had people food, so she doesn't bug me. We made the mistake of giving our last cat people food and that got out of hand. We couldn't even leave anything sitting on the counter without her getting up there and getting into it.

I will give him some after lunch. He will be eating turkey the rest of the week.
I used to give the leftover carcass to the feral cats and I think he remembers the smell.

Taking Mama Bear and my dad into the local diner for Thanksgiving lunch. My daughter and the grand kids are meeting us there.

Usually have a big get together here at the house, but not this year. The rest of the family is spread out all over and not traveling due to the kung flu

Didn't make much sense to have a big meal and big mess just for us.

Got the big bird in the oven. Only 5 hrs estimated time to roast. Never roasted such a big bird. Hope I got all those yellow feathers out.
