Yep she did. Both flights went well and actually arrived a little early. She said the flight to Charlotte was full, but the one from Charlotte to Sarasota was practically empty.

If I was on a plane I would want one of those bubble outfits... but then then seats don't fit me very well now...

I still need to get my son's flight info so I can track him when he takes off Thursday night. I know it's a Turkish airline and he's flying to Istanbul so might be able to find it on the web site with that. I'm not sure if his second flight is the same airline.

Critters fed. Nobody snorted. Moonlight actually lit up the yard enough to see where I was going.

Just about time to take off...we have a morning huddle today before we get started. I hope today is a little less nuts than yesterday. We had a few that we thought were working yesterday that didn't come in so the one assistant who was working was overwhelmed. She managed, but was very stressed out.

Nice! I hear screech owls here a lot, but never any great horned owls. Lots of times I've been able to call the screech owls in close.

We've got what I think is a Cooper's Hawk living around here somewhere. I hear and see him all the time.

Nature's critter control. Been a lot of different hawks lately too.
Could be from the ongoing construction just north of me though.

I have a soft spot for those hawks. They are such good flyers and focused when they have a bead on their prey.

I've seen him catch rabbits and most recently, I think a chipmunk.

Impressive for them to snag a rabbit. They are only about the size of a crow.
Must have been super hungry.
It is fun to see them beat down a chipmunk. Stun and eat.
