Without sorting through this thread, I understand the question to be are most fentanyl deaths from people voluntarily using illicit drugs? Yes. The "hot shot" or intentionally murdering someone via an intentional overdose is almost entirely within the realm of families in denial about their loved ones' ongoing drug use and urban legend. I won't say "never", but I've yet to see such a case proven even to the level of probable cause.

Inflation falling isn't deflation. Deflation is what happens when prices drop. "Falling inflation" means that prices continue to rise, but at a slower rate.

So, inflation being +3.6% and going to +3.5% is "falling inflation"
