Maxine Waters: "If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere."

The ****? This is an elected official promoting fascism, potentially calling for violence.

And does anyone seriously think the targets of their ire will stop with Trump cabinet members, or politicians in general?

I don't. Soon it will be Trump voters, Trump supporters, Republicans or conservatives in general.

The curtain has been pulled back. The left is spiraling faster then I could have ever imagined possible. This will not go well for them.

That person ends up doing 15-20 in the pokey? At the end of the day, the restaurant refused service, as in the establishment's right. If someone gets tired of that, they can open their own restaurant and apply the same standard. However, if not turning the cheek, means something more nefarious (as is seemingly implied)... and ventures into the criminal realm, then I would fully hope and expect that the penalty is in line with the offense.
No Kut. It is only OK to refuse service to someone that progressives don't like or agree with. Any other case is discrimination.

Friend of mine lives in the suburbs of San Francisco. He had someone throw a beer bottle at him before the election for wearing a MAGA hat. So this sort of thing has been going on for a while. It's just been slowly ratcheting up.

I can see how this will go. We’re going to segregate into blue/red businesses. Blues will shun reds. Reds will shun blues. But. Blues will send minorities and then claim the service refusal is on the basis of race.

People like unhinged Maxine will keep pushing and inciting until there is nothing left but resorting to mob action violence. Violence will beget more violence. Total breakdown of civil society. That's real leadership right there.

Or some gender of their choice. If Maxine were denied service it would obviously have to be because she was black.

And well have to confiscate guns then to quell the violence...it's for all of our good.

I find it all interesting. "As seemingly implied".....very interesting one would focus in and apparently show support for the bully and not the bullied. I remember a day when a cafe refused service to negroes (as posted). The same party that suppressed then continues to suppress today. It's a smoke and mirrors show. Suppress while showing false compassion, only to grow the base - only today it includes illegals.

    Those who understand, will understand.

At what point does a "penalty" come into play? Who is the bully? I find the hypocrisy consistent.

The other party does the exact same thing... and, today is most certainly the one that has a sizable contingent of those that would like to go back to era, when the "other party" liked the idea of second class citizenship for "certain" folks.

I'm going to have to call :bs: on this.

I'd agree that there is a fringe group that feels as you describe, but you're going to have to show proof that there is a sizable contingent of the Republican party that feels that way.

Fair enough. "Sizable" is subjective. Would you be alright if I said a number far more than we should be comfortable with? And I'll pair it down a bit further, and rather than say "Republicans," I'll say people that identify as conservatives.

Using this logic, it'd be just as easy to make a claim that there is a sizable number of people racist against white people, increasingly so... day by day.... might even be more than this other group you speak of so often.

True... I did not disallow for that argument, because it would be false to do so.

Once again.....I acknowledge how effortless it is for many to close a blind eye to the real problem and effortlessly and irresponsibly pointing the finger at the victims of the liberal left. Amazing at the level of hypocrisy one can exhibit, intentionally or not.

The liberal left, better known as the democrats - or more easily recognized as progressives; which is a synonym for socialists.....well, they are the party of suppression. They speak out of both sides of their mouth. Verbally encouraging personal growth while holding people in bondage to create a need, for party power and not personal growth as spewed from their mouths.

They are doing this today. Today they have broadened their base to illegals.....looking to gain party base any way they can. Illegal effort is common for them.

History, if read properly will show who actually supports individual growth. Voting records should expose truth, but only one who wants to know truth. The truth is often ignored or suppressed (that word again) for nothing more that party growth (progressives).....the party of lies.

My point is that the party you seemingly support are the ones who are being the bully. Since no one is stopping the bullies, at what point is being a bully illegal?

And what has anyone done to instigate such effort to bully? It's become more than just racial injustice.....it is also political injustice.......and NO ONE seems to be stopping it.

    What would YOU do?

That's nonsense. If there is any rise in membership of "stormfront" types, it's the intersectionalists who lay every real and imagined ill of society at the feet of white males, refusing to acknowledge the progress made.

I think the vast majority of society agrees that equal opportunity for everyone, to the extent possible, is a worthwhile goal. We could all unite around that. But no. People have to try to decompose everything into oppressed and oppressor terms, even when such relationship is fabricated. The goal of that is not equalizing opportunities, it is flipping the perceived oppressed/oppressor sides. It is not equality they seek, it is dominance.

Stop the [STRIKE]far-left[/STRIKE] burgeoning mainstream left identitarianism and you'll see fewer people seeking out identitarianism on the right as a reaction to the left.

The cure is a simple formula identified by the enlightenment.

Individualism good. Collectivism/tribalism bad. Stop the bull!GLOCK!

I don't believe that at all. I think there has been a sizable uptick in actual stormfront-type people willing to show their true colors. Enough, to make one go "whoa, there's that many?" I also believe that the president has purposefully cultivated those persons. It's one of the reasons I'm one the fence as if he's an actual racist, or if he simply acts and says the things he does because he finds their support essential.

Before you respond, answer me this question. Do you know who David Duke is, and how long have you know about him, and what he represents. And this isn't about you personally, it's just drawing a baseline example.

That would be better. Any number is more than I am comfortable with. The racists and race baiters on both sides need to be marginalized as much as possible.

Sadly, people are idiots and some will always be prejudiced.

    US Population: ~325 million.
People that vocally ascribe to "stormfront" behavior: Let's be generous for the sake of conversation and say... oh... 20,000.

So we're looking at 0.006% of the US population. Society will usually shine a much brighter light than is required on extremists... so they'll look bigger than they actually are.

I tend to see a lot more "white hate" people online than I do "white power" people. Maybe they don't have the internet.

Not saying the numbers are anywhere near equal, but the white hate will get more exposure as it is more acceptable by some in our society, especially the media.

Interestingly, BLM and the likes who become violent and destroy personal property in the name of justice get a free pass.

At what point is CLM (conservative lives matter) ablate do the same without prosecution like BLM?
