    Note to self - new money making idea. Bacon cooker with rail attachment points. Large version for AR15's, small version for pistol light rails.

    All this love for bacon and nothing for mashed 'taters. I am saddened.

    The mashed taters should have bacon in them.

    hmmm just had a thought. I wonder how my bbq pulled pork recipe would taste with some bacon in it as well? What do you guys think?

    That sounds tasty I might have to steal that idea from you. That or maybe a light cure on some butts and then smoke and pull, but I'm not quite sure if it would be the same.

    But I just ordered 24# of bacon today for about $1.50lb and will get it on Fri. :rockwoot:
    Although I'm thinking of getting some bellies and making my own with a dry cure.

    Couple hours and that lovely peppered slab bacon I had with breakfast will be history, if anybody would like the history of that bacon pm me and I could send some your way.
