Just to be a denny, most highways are divided into ten sections and 10% or one of those sections gets redone every year with a ten year life expectancy. This evens out the states expenses, provides consistent work for contractors to bid for, and steady employment for workers. This is why they do not build roads that last 30 years anymore, kind of just in time roads.

Except they actually only last 2 years!

I almost woke my wife up with laughter. Was watching LEO videos and whenever they tazed a guy I laughed out loud. Can't help it.

One of them did a full speed run and triple axle fall when he got to ride the lightening.....

Link those! I love those videos! I remember one where a big bad pit bull went after a cop. The cop used his leg to kick it away when it lunged at him. He then tazed it. It took off like lightning..."Yipe yipe yipe yipe!!!!" I was busting a gut!
