Or, just build a top on it?You should try pouring concrete on a slope like that
Yeah. I used to be able to get the 'shorts' to embed.
But I can't remember what I did.
Maybe they should have the garage on the basement level? I can't imagine a driveway like that. Most cars would hang up on the initial hump coming out of the garage. Need a traditional Jeep or similar. There are quite a lot of houses in the dunes area with driveways this steep or worse.
Guess you just dump it all at the top and let it pour or slide on down. You should try pouring concrete on a slope like that
The concrete or the clutch?Guess you just dump it all at the top and let it pour or slide on down.
My question is how they get up there in the winter.Maybe they should have the garage on the basement level? I can't imagine a driveway like that. Most cars would hang up on the initial hump coming out of the garage. Need a traditional Jeep or similar.
There's some steep driveways that I know of In the area. More ritzy type neighborhoods. Heated drivewaysMy question is how they get up there in the winter.
That pic didn't look very ritzyThere's some steep driveways that I know of In the area. More ritzy type neighborhoods. Heated driveways
At some point a contractor did this after telling the civil engineer 6 times that the finish floor elevation would not work with the existing street elevation. That's gonna be fun in the winter.
And fun for the bumpers
And fun for the middle of the car as it goes over the hump at the garage.
And yet, I believe a contractor did this.
F the person the buys the house, I'm gone.

Unfortunately you can't tell an architect or an engineer anything because they already know it all.
