Full disclosure, when I was a cook at TGI Fridays, and someone ordered a filet mignon well done? It was getting finished off in the microwave. Anyone that would order a filet well done wasn't going to know the difference anyhow. Hell, I probably could've served them a burger patty and they wouldn't have noticed.
