We who live in neighborhoods all have that one neighbor family who cause problems, call police for STOOPID reasons, and are just all around STOOPID themselves.

We have such neighbors that fall into all those categories and then some I'd rather not share. Well this afternoon as I looked out my back window to look at the sky to see about the weather, I noticed something that made me crack up laughing and I just HAD to share with all of you great wonderful people.
