This is full of win! The car is not only the only thing in the "road" still present but it has a boot on it. The people are walking by like it is just another day, and I can't read that language but I'm pretty sure that is a "store of ill repute". This crash is apparently used as a case study now for correcting people when they ignore safety procedures.
