So, How is this funny? Not sure why anyone would put this on here!

Well, the shooter is Steven Seagal. Knowing what type of character he typically portrays in his films, it is both absurd and ironic to see his actions in this clip(which is actually a remix of two movies) give the impression that he is shooting children. Absurdity and irony are common devices of humor. I am sorry if you were offended.

Agreed. I have a dark sense of humor and I find this in incredibly poor taste. I've never given a negative rep but considering it.
