I was thinking to myself...this dude is completely full of crap, but then I remembered that I was seeing this in the funny pic thread, and that this in fact was either a) a guy full of crap (because 4700ft / minute is less than 60 mph - hardly fast; and at that speed would take more than 5 minutes to travel theh 8000 yds it supposedly is effective to); or b) the guys isn't full of crap, and is just a disillusioned INGO-er posting from his mom's basement about his cool toys.
