First, shrink it down to 125 x 125 pixels, then go to your UserCP and "Edit Avatar"

That raptor isn't carying that fish, he was surfing on his fish buddie and caught some serious air when this picture was taken. you can tell because the fish is saying "duuuuuude"

Well, on the Black Monopoly one, it satirizing the idea that no matter what you do as a black person, you'll end up in jail. The eagle one is joking that the Eagle looks like it is walking confidently and shrugging of criticism, when in fact it is likely diving in for a fish. I thought they were funny, which is why I posted them. I'm sorry you don't feel the same way about it.
