If you copy and paste from the interwebs what actually gets pasted is a link. You cannot attach/upload pictures directly to Ingo, just links to pics hosted elsewhere.
The alternate method (the method I usually use) is to click on the "image" Icon above the text entry window and put (either pasting or typing) the link to the image in the dialog that pops up.
You can also type the link in using UBB code but I don't recommend that--too much hassle when there are easier ways.
