Tell them it is gas operated and send them to the store to by a tank of gas to fill it back up, then it will hit center...

Okay. He's trying to do his own troubleshooting.

"Hmm. This one didn't fire. I'll try again....This one didn't fire either....Hey, wait a minute, these have a marky thingy on the side instead of the center! It's like it's trying to fire it by striking the rim! Okay. This is going back. Stupid Ruger."

If you look at the un-fired rounds, it almost looks like the rim was bent very slightly forward. Like the rounds aren't going all the way into the chamber, and when the pin hits the rim, it bends it.
