    I've found that progressive lenses kinda helps in terms of keeping both reasonably focused, but kinda hurts accuracy because they distort straight lines. I have the same issues when I play pool while wearing progressive lenses.

    Well, sha! Progressive lenses likely aren't able to comprehend 'straight' let alone display it undistorted; and the Rose tint probably doesn't help, either :)
