My mom went to school with a girl named Ima June Bugg. Even dropping the first name doesn't help. One of the sports stars in Evansville where my wife used to teach was Delmonte Zucchini Jones.
And the Famous Texas siblings Ima and Ura Hogg.

I wen to HS with a guy named Dick Hohl. He was a running back on the football. Whenever he got the ball the P.A. announcer would say, "Dick Hohl, ball carrier" and all the HS girls would chuckle.

My buddy dated a girl named Joy Hoepfl (pronounced Hopeful).
