Your results may vary, but one psycho killed 13 and there was only 1 head shot and I don't think the chest/back shots were all shots to the heart. The 32 wounded were mostly extremity shots with a few head/chest shots (without additional details). Some of them did absorb multiple shots (3-7), but most of the center of mass type shots were fatalities.
