I own a pair of those. I don't use the pockets and I don't wear them outside the house, but they are, bar none, the most comfortable pants I own.

Oh, cool. I didn't know they even have a zip cinch thingy at the bottom. I think I'd like the cargo pockets better than the sweats I have now. They have side pockets but my phone falls out every time I take a dump. Luckily it happens lower than the seat.
