It is not, any more than is using "creative spelling" such as spelling with a $ for the S and a ! for the i. Technically, no, it's not a cuss word. We all are adults and we all know better.

I've seen the bottom right one. Either Menards or American Sale.

I did too. Took a pic of it at Meijer a couple years ago. Oddly enough, that pic never made its way from my phone to INGO.

According to the image, there is some importance inherent in the choice of font one uses for such things. There is also importance in site rules. If someone can't follow them, we won't have their posts continuing to be made here.
