When we used to watch NASCAR someone would come in the room and ask who was leading. My mother always said "the guy in front".....Reminds me of one of my best moments of smarta**ery:
It was in the mid 1980s. My mom asked me what I was watching. My response: "Television." She was about as amused as the wife from the comic above.

My mom called me selfish once... well, many times really, but this time I responded with, "Does it make me selfish because I care about ME?"
I remember her leaping at me from the top of the stairs and tackling me over the back of the sofa. Things got a little fuzzy after that. Most likely due to the head trauma.
True story.
When I was little, I would often ask my dad something like "can we go to the park?"
He would say "oh... you CAN... but that doesn't mean I'll LET you..."
So I would say "MAY we?"
He'd say "oh... a little French boy..."
Yup. That's how that conversation often went.

Lol. I don't watch anymore... After Dale died, I pretty much stopped watching...Watching NASCAR in a very freshly painted room, trying to decide which is more interesting.
Oh yeah. I get it from her and my dad... Those who know me, say it's bad.I hope you inherited that attitude.
