I see no explosive material in there.. only a couple of boards with well more components than needed for any kind of sophisticated explosive controller.

The rolls pictures are as wide as a sheet of paper and can be cut to length like 8-1/2 X 11 and placed in a very thin space, like behind one of those circuit boards. Items exactly like this are what responder are trained to look out for.
