PLEASE let me know as well. I'd think the altering of car horns is legal just as its legal to have hundreds of decibels of bass breaching my home from every bass-head that passes by. What I'd really like to do is install a high powered ultrasonic horn (in addition to the polite beep) to clear the street in front of me of all the street loiterers. If low freqs are legal, I see not why high freqs would be illegal.
