    Yes. Political affiliation is not a protected demographic. As long as the company was private and not publicly owned, it is legal.

    Morally, I dont think it is right. The same could have with a democrat business owner...(I know, I know, but there are a few out there)

    Legally though, no crime committed.

    Well, we live in Indiana so if you want to fire someone and don't feel like being sued, don't tell them why.
