Not really funny, but this is cool as hell! I knew the teeth were there, but I guess I never really thought about it?

Cool model. If it is a real skull with cut away then it is really cool but a little disturbing since it is a kid. My guess is that it is real due to the detail of the bony trabeculae and the fillings or decay in-between the front teeth. (tooth colored fillings tend to get darker when the skull gets "processed")

Kid had a huge first molar about to come in.
