So when this blows over, and they all realize they basically destroyed their town, are they gonna riot again because they have nothing left and that's not fair?

Glad I'm not anywhere near there [walks to room and checks on AR]

    This is ridiculous.

That's a safe bet. They do it already right here in Indy by allowing the criminal element to take over their neighborhoods, causing businesses to move out. Then they complain about "food deserts" and such because no store owner in their right mind wants to locate to their neighborhood where they'll be subject to robbery and theft.

Instead of tear gas, why haven't they used that non lethal sonic weapon? (not sure of it's name.) Where it sends a really high pitch sound to your ear where it can dispersed a riot.

Maybe IMPD could loan them their "Boner-Drone"??

On a more serious note, the Air Force tested a non-lethal device that focused energy and it felt hot (60 W light bulb that's been on a while hot). It was mounted on a Hummer so they could just drive up and heat-beam them.

Found out they're called V-MADS...would have been a good time to use this before things got worst.

Can you imagine the progressive and INGOtarian outrage if this had been deployed.

Seriously, low tech is the best tech. Water cannons+wind chill=no more riot that night.

Savannah just interviewed the mother, father and attorney. Odd interview. She did show step daddy yelling for the crowd to burn the ***** down. Which was just high emotion, caught up in the moment, type thing. Then she started quoting things the officer said in his interview about being charged at, looking like a demon, etc... sounded like she was trying to stoke the fires to me.

They also reported two feds were shot serving a warrant, not sure if related to the rioting/looting.

In an interview this morning, the step father said; "we want to know what made officer Wilson wake up with a chip on his shoulder and kill our son". Why didn't the interviewer ask "why did your son wake up with a chip on HIS shoulder, and get the belief that it was OK to strong arm a store owner, and then ATTACK a police officer".

    Geraldo wants tasers not tanks.

Ummm, I'm the first critic of police toys and their moronic rationalizations for their toys, but, um, Geraldo, er, . . . NO FRICKIN' TANK was involved here.

How not to get shot by the police, an INGOer's guide:

    1. Don't commit Robbery.

    2. Don't walk down the middle of the street where the cars drive, even if you think it is "meye rye-eet" because, you know, it's not.

    3. If the police tell you not to walk in the street and obstruct traffic, move because you are committing a misdemeanor.

    4. Don't commit felony battery upon the police . . . or anyone else for that matter.

    5. Don't run from the police and then charge them putting them in reasonable belief of sbi or death.

I put these five easy steps into practice today and, so far, remain unshot by the police.

Of course the only interaction I have had with the police today is asking how someone is at the coffee shop early this AM. Oddly I did not run up and wrestle his gun away after committing a Forcible Felony. But, that's just me.
