Lots of yellow jacket nests in the woods this year, making collecting fire wood unpleasant.

I've been stung by yellow jackets more times than any other type of bee or wasp due to not noticing their ground nest until it was too late. I leave them be if I discover the nest first but once I've been stung, the nest is slated for destruction that night.
