Yep, it is not bad at all. That said, I haven't been on a Win 7 machine for years. A few things are moved around. But really just pin your browser icons to the task bar, and anything else you use all the time and good to go.

Depending on what browser you use you may be able to either sync or at least import/export your bookmarks and move them over to the new machine if that is a concern.
