I agree! LOLHappy birthday, Thor ....I'm glad that you were born !
I'd dump the .380. Next range trip that my wife attends I plan on having her shoot my P365 against her G42.
Whole rifle. Optic will be mounted soon.
Well I'm a man also, but I'm of German descent, so I stick with 9mm Luger.
I am a fan of variety too. I have nothing but admiration for the folks with the discipline to stick to one carry caliber and platform but I could never do that if I can enjoy a variety of calibers.
Today’s range trip was mostly a 38 Special, 357 Mag run but I did practice with the spare P07 with the Kadet kit and then refreshed the .40 P07 ammo buy shooting what was being carried with a reload and return to carry.
The 357 Mag load that I was shooting sure is entertaining. It’s working very well with the revolver too and can do a one hole group with a good shooter. My skills gave me a 116/120 over 12 rounds. That’s dang good for me.
Thanks, '88 !MM, that looks like a quality build. I’m hoping it will be at the SGE. Nice work!
Damnit. I guess a .45 is on my list this year now. Thanks.churchmouse!
I'm also of German decent, but since I'm American by birth I have to have at least one .45 cause that's the rule...
Unless that Shadow 2 departed you, I believe you missed one, or is that just the list you provide to SWMBO?
On my side these days it is:
22LR
9mm
223/5.56
I have made a concerted effort when I change calibers for carry gun to eliminate the previous carry gun caliber from the collection. I've eliminated 357/38, 45ACP, and 40 during each phase.
I don't even like to have different trigger actions on the handguns, though I still have 1 DA/SA that lives in the safe, everything else on the handgun side is striker fired.
My CDO is not having a bunch of calibers, but the stack 'em deep disorder where 1 is none, 2 is one. I'm trying to break that a bit, but probably will roll along with it.
Damnit. I guess a .45 is on my list this year now. Thanks.
