    He's been off last 2 days. He returns tomorrow and I'll give the news. I told the other managers and HR to keep it hush until I talk to him man to man. He may not deserve it, but I don't play that way. May not be sugar coated, but I give it straight.
    Just be prepared for the a*hattery that may ensue from him.

    Hopefully your new manager will be good and won't engage with the old manager on anything he tries to pull.

    Afternoon all!
    I was replacing my sparkplugs last night. Of course one of the ones that is in a difficult place to reach the coil pack comes apart. This halted my progress. Today I went and got some long pliers to see if I can get the remaining pieces off of the spark plug so that I can extract it. Tonight I'll try round 2.

    I've been getting bak into hobbies I had stepped away from, like playing around with a Linux system. Plus, I may be in line to fix an older all-in-one computer that crapped out about 2 years ago. I have a new UHD decoding board inbound that hopefully puts this back into service again.
