Congrats Vinny! Those guns are beautiful. My gun is a cross between the two of these. I have the VQ barrel on the performance center version of the gun and am digging it. Put the performance center CF barrel on my 2nd Victory and now the 3rd one is stock...

Quoting myself to give this context. Here's my hybrid baby, with the nice dirty knife holding it up....

The guy I bought the performance center gun from gave me a great deal, but it was partially due to his having lost the comp on the end. Thankfully I had purchased a TK comp for my Mark IV 22/45 tactical, but for some reason the gun jammed whenever I tried using it. The Victory works just fine with it...

For the ignorant among us, I see what looks like a burl veneer piece screwed to cherry. The entire instrument finished in well polished polyester. Does the burl piece serve a function or is it decoration? I know nothing about guitars except how to finish them out.
