Yep, lemonade, Sprite, and other non caffeinated drinks with citric acid are a good thing according to my Dr.

Sprite, lemonade, and water are my main go to's these days.

Can't do the citric acid stuff unfortunately, as it kills my stomach. I occasionally take cranberry supplements, which are supposed to help.

Have you tried taking your BP meds at bedtime?

I've heard that before, but haven't tried. I've trained myself to remember taking everything in the morning while my coffee is brewing, not sure if my old brain can handle a change like that...

Doing some guess work making this spring for the Cooper. The cylinder stop spring and screw were missing and I had no idea what they look like. No diagrams available so I'm going by what will fill the missing space and hope it works. Need to pick up a 6-32 screw and grind the head down to fit...
