LaRue's MAY work. I think the footprint is the same.

I got the vmx-3t I think. Whatever it is, it does not have the QD mount

This ADM mount will work but you lose the ability to flip it aside.

If you want a magnifier, you may be better off waiting until the next time AA gets refurb Micro3X's in instead of putting more money into the larger VMX. Although if you just want to take it on and off and not flip it aside getting the ADM mount will still be less than the Micro refurb ($249.99).
