    Yup. I know.
I would love to put the rosewood grips on the 686. Open carry it. Cowboy boots. You know, the whole roll thing...:):

I used to wear cowboy boots until my wife said I had to wear pants instead of shorts. Now I try to never have to wear any pants or shorts at all.

Any of you CZickos ever had a 40B? Have a chance to trade a G***k for one, but I've read varying reviews and it's not an awesome deal by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes, I've owned a few 40Bs over the years. It came about from a collaboration between Colt and CZ. You can search Colt Z 40 for more info.
The lineage goes Colt Z 40 to CZ 40B to CZ 40P. It's an interesting story.

You might also find it interesting to know that the deign of the CZ 2075 RAMI comes directly from the CZ 40B.

I bought a gun ! Nothing that I'm particularly proud of, but it's going to serve a purpose. It's going on a skunk hunt.
Yup, Pepe 'la Pew decided to live under my cabin. I jumped out of my chair when he exited from underneath the cabin .... right at dusk .... about 4' from my leg.
My wife doesn't know, and I intend to dispatch the critter without ever telling her.

Anyway ..... at 3 lbs. the Rossi .410 single-shot 'Tuffy' weighs less that some of my handguns. :): But at $119, it only has to work once.

Have any of you ever been on a skunk hunt ? What do you think I should use ... figuring a distance of no more than 15', for the bead sight.
#4 shot, 00 buck, ????? What would send Pepe to his great reward ?

Toss some mothballs under there. He won't come back.

I think you need to bring out the 500. That way there won’t be any skunk to pick up either!

Thank you, BA! I’ve read a little of the story and it is definitely interesting. Pricing is all over the place. I don’t particularly care for my G19 so if I can make the deal work, I believe I’m going to give it a try.

I've seen them from $400 up to $600. IMO their actual value, assuming condition is good, is about $450.
