Was up late last night. I sat by the dying embers until all was black. :alright:
Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

The cold snap has definitely affected the butterflies.
Usually, they're around constantly at the cabin.....but I haven't seen any in the last couple of days.

But seriously, there’s a great group of CZickos here. We love CZs, lots of other guns, cars, photography, history, and lots more but most importantly we love our wives and families. Stick around and hang out.

Just don’t mention the plastic gun known as G***k. The G word is forbidden.

And if you have some CZs, share them. We love seeing new CZs in the group.
Yes I’m also addicted to guns, photography, history, cars, motorcycles, and more importantly I love my wife and two sons!
And yes I love my CZ75b!

Got a quick range trip into MCF&G today. Paying for it with pain in the left leg (surgery focused on the right side).

Shot the 229 a bit for function. Put a partial box of 124 grain fiocchi through it flawlessly. Put some weaker 115 grain Monarch ammo through it and it failed to eject a few of those fully. Put about a mag of Blazer Brass through it and then some more Monarch that shot fine. Will have to put a bit more ammo through it before I'd trust it with the weak stuff, but I have no doubt that was just due to light loads and a bit of loosening up.

Need to get an optic for the 229 now as I am spoiled and just really prefer to shoot with optics.

Then took the ear pro off and put some 147 grain speer lawman through my Scorpion with the Rugged Obsidian. Fairly quiet. It's hearing safe with 115's outside but the 147's really quiet it down as expected since there is no supersonic crack downrange.

I don't have the sub gun collection that KJQ or Jagee have, but man, I can definitely see why the addiction on them is real, especially suppressed.

Shooting subguns with a good optic just makes it feel like work to shoot handguns.
