Went to home depot and lowes to make some returns, came back home shoveled the little bit of snow on the drive, hit Costco and the grocery store. Freeze the nose hairs cold, but wasn't horribly windy so that was OK.

What a day! Power out again 6:18 to 8:01.

Generator comes on when power goes out here, but can't run the electric HVAC. It does run the blowers on the wood burner so we can keep it warm inside. Oddly, the power goes off less here in the remote woods than it did in the burbs of Greenfield.

Was under a trailer again tonight to unfreeze a drum brake. Propane torch worked for a while. Just long enough to break me loose. After the canister gets down to -9 in the wind the flame turns yellow and is hard to keep lit. Earned my money yesterday and today. All day today in Chicagoland area.
