Can’t complain too much. It’s kind of cold and windy, and the days are too short. But, it’s generally 10-20 degrees warmer than up there.

I took that advice to heart tonight but for a different type of shooting iron. This one is an early vintage Canon F-1 picked up for less than a mediocre dinner would cost. It may need a CLA when it gets here but doesn't look to have any issues beyond sitting unused for too many decades.

While delayed gratification makes a lot of sense and responsibilities must be meet before non-essential purchases, there comes a time when life must be enjoyed when it presents an opportunity.

Life is short. Carpe diem.

The key is balance. The life we are enjoying at this moment is the only one we can count on having. But, we really need to make sure that we allow for tomorrow as well. Everyone finds a different point of balance on that continuum.

On the other hand, my wife did competition dance on skates as youngster. Yep. Crazy lady.

that list does pretty much take care of it all.

I would add in Self. Maybe it is inclusive in each item in your list but we first have to have a healthy self.
