My wife has been full of surprises lately. Today she surprised me with a new shirt.



It must be her way of paying me back after she stole my CZ hat recently. And she said it’s her’s now and her new favorite hat.



And this tops it all off… this afternoon she told me to plan a day off work so we can go to the range! I’ll be much obliged!

Dedicated lower for the kadet kit now. Swapped grips from the stainless. I like the white/grey grips on it. Hoping to still get a dedicated compact frame for it as well and eventually another kadet

I dreamed of such a thing .... but the hammock was only a dream.
Went to two different dentists today, and neither would see me in any reasonable time frame.
The madder I became about the situation, the pain started to diminish. Finally, I manned-up, and came home for the weekend. I have an appt. on Monday morning with my regular dentist.

Agreed, a gorgeous day. I went for a hike in the woods, then sat on my back deck until just recently. About the best weather I could have hoped for...

I haven't noticed the stunning beauty of this stainless .40 until now !

Started the week with shot in the back, finished with a root canal.

Now to get back in to my regular dentist early next week.

That said, when I got home the county assessor called and said they were finally processing my assessment appeal that I put in 2 years ago, (and I put in again last year) retroactively and knocking $60k off my property assessment. So that was a good end to the week.
