G(late)M all. Last day in the lab.

Hoping to spend the afternoon in TC State Park if it warms a bit today. Pickle Lady snapped this of East arm of Grand Traverse Bay on the way home from games/dinner last night. It's beautiful up here. A bit chilly still, but lovely with all the cherry trees in full bloom.

About to finish our corn, have to go help a neighbor with 400 acres so hope that goes well.

Haha nope, actual hours. Engine hours on the tractor will be close to that.
7:30 to anywhere from midnight to 3. Got home at 10:30 one night and didn’t know what to do with myself, stood at the counter and ate a bag of chips.

Have not talked with my nephew but hope his planting is under control as his sister is getting married this weekend (what kind of farm girl plans a wedding in during planting season!).

Went and hooked up the father in law with all new outdoor lighting, set up his new patio set ( that is nice but not nice enough to justify the cost). First time in a while he’s called me up for some help. It was nice.

I’m not much better, got married when I was 19 with not intention of ever coming back to the farm, on May 28th.
She’s been very gracious.

Well… I just spent 45 minutes looking at ads for Gen 2 Trans Ams I can’t afford. Then looked at my guns I could sell and I was still way short.

Oh well… retirement goals.

I really like that Mercedes. Very nice. Though I am more of an America Muscle person, I do appreciate some of the Ferarris, Lambos, BMW, and Mercs.
