I'm hungry now too. I might do pancakes for breakfast, but that does not fix the situation right now. I think I might hit the sack early for a Saturday so Sunday comes a bit quicker. Ok, now I'm craving applesauce too. Thanks CM. Problem is, I don't even have the commercial stuff around right now, not that it would suffice. The homemade applesauce your wife makes sounds unbeatable. The fact that it's a product of the whole family makes it even better. Has anyone mixed a bit of applesauce into pancake batter with chunks of apples too? My mother used to make pancakes that way when I was a kid.
