I am a movie buff and I always like it when I see historically accurate and authentic gun work in film. I am going to post one of my favorites and would love to see some of your alls as well. The neat thing about youtube is that there are alot of these clips out there with these scenes. This is not a "Favorite Gun Movie" thread but a "Most accurate Gun Work" thread although I do imagine there will be quite a bit of overlap.

This is a scene from "Matewan" based on an actual gunfight that took place between striking miners and Felt's Detective Agency detectives in WV during the coal wars.

If you are looking for bad ass, not realistic, really hard to beat Desperado.
You name another gun movie with Selma Hayek in the prime of her hotness, we can talk

    I love that movie.

I am saddened by the loss of Robert B. Parker, one writer who almost always got it right in all of his books, Appaloosa was his work.

I love the movie, "Enemy At The Gates" which is about the battle of Stalingrad but focuses on the struggle between Vassili Zaitzev and the German snipers. The 1st scene is probably one of the most gripping battle scenes in history.
